Welcome to the Supply Chain Data Science (SCDS) Lab!
The SCDS Lab develops data-driven and AI-based methods to improve decision-making in supply chains, manufacturing, and logistics, with an emphasis on reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.
Dr. Md Abdul Quddus leads the SCDS lab and is an assistant professor in the Department of Textile Engineering, Chemistry, and Science at NC State. Additionally, he serves as an Associate Faculty member in the Operations Research Graduate Program at NC State.

- 2.2.2025. Dr. Quddus is serving as Lead Guest Editor for an MDPI Sustainability Special Issue on Sustainable and Smart Transportation Systems: Electrification, Alternative Fuels, and Green Mobility.
- 1.24.2025. Dr. Quddus is serving as Lead Guest Editor for an MDPI Systems Special Issue on Computational Methods for Complex Systems: Modeling, Optimization, and Decision Support Across Domains.
